I hold a Master’s Degree in Human Services Counseling with a concentration in Life Coaching. I am a Step Up for Students Direct Provider for transition services and job coaching.
My coaching supports adolescents, young adults, and adults as they pursue meaningful personal growth—whether that looks like career exploration, life transitions, family-focused goals, or building confidence and self-direction in everyday life. My work is client-centered, strengths-based, and designed to meet each person where they are, while helping them move forward with clarity, self-compassion, and purpose.

Sometimes we go through experiences in life that can leave us feeling broken.
I once described my life as feeling "shattered".
I looked for hope in that season and longed for a new season with growth and change.
I found beauty in details of intricate things. Stained glass mosaics are stunning.
The broken pieces come together to create an amazing piece of art.
This process takes hard work, vision, and dedication for change. Life Coaching is like that too.
Change happens through having a vision and growing through the hard seasons.
It takes work and intentionality. Change can be beautiful. You are worth the effort!
